Booking Questions

Do I need a Playtomic account to book?

Yes, you'll need a free Playtomic account to complete a booking. It only takes a minute to register and you can do it through the app or the Playtomic website.

How far in advance can I book?

Availability windows are set through Playtomic. Check the app or website for the current booking window — popular slots book up quickly so we'd recommend booking ahead where possible.

Can I cancel or rearrange my booking?

Cancellation and amendment policies are managed through Playtomic and will be shown at the time of booking. Please review these before confirming your reservation.

I only have 2 players — can I still book?

Yes! Playtomic has an open match feature where you can post your session and other players in the area can join. It's a great way to meet fellow padel players and fill your court.
